We recently sold and purchased using Dan's services. He was quick to respond to our inquiries, very detailed, looked out for our best interests, etc.  He is thorough, informed, and made it easy to do all of it through our cell phone.  We only had to show up to a title company of our chosing to close.  Will definitely use his services again if we ever move.

I recently decided to sell a home and buy something smaller.  I wasn't in a big hurry. Mr. DeWard was very professional, and very up on the market.  Within the first day of being listed my home had many interested parties and ended up selling within the week. I believe the online tour that Dan put together was beautiful and many people were able to see the home without leaving the comfort of their computer, which I'm sure helped with the selling.  Dan was very honest with the properties I looked at to purchase, and I never felt like I was pressured at any time to buy something I couldn't afford.  It was a great smooth buying selling experience and I would recommend Dan DeWard to anybody.
